Terms & Conditions


  • Loyalty offer are unique to each service option and not interchangeable
  • Loyalty offers are open to customers up until completion and payment of first service
  • Full payment of loyalty package at completion of first service
  • All loyalty services to be taken within 1 year of first service
  • Arrangements for all loyalty services by mutual agreement (time / date / location)
  • Clean Wheels reserve the right to add additional cost in respect of any changes requested by customers (e.g. location / bike collection & delivery service)
  • No refund for any services not used within 1 year of first service
  • Loyalty scheme open to owners of multiple bikes
  • All bikes serviced under the loyalty programme will be serviced at same location
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other reward / offer
